A realistic career growth plan within the company ABOUT THE POSITION We seek a professional to work as a Sales Assistant in a dynamic routine, focusing on order organization and collaboration with the sales team. We handle technical products and customized orders, which demand **extreme attention to detail**. REQUIREMENTS * **Extreme attention to detail** (we handle small items and customized orders) * Strong writing and communication skills * Organization, focus, and proactivity * Affinity with the female audience and the beauty segment * Completed elementary education (**mandatory**) * Customer service experience is a plus. IDEAL PROFILE * Communicative, polite, and customer-oriented * Quick learner with interest in understanding products and their technical differences * Focused, concentrated, and responsible worker * Positive energy and preference for organized environments COMPENSATION * **First 3 months (training period):** No bonus. * Meal allowance: BRL 350.00 * **After training:** Fixed salary + **commission** based on performance. RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide online customer service (WhatsApp and Instagram) in an **efficient, courteous, and organized** manner * Assist customers in selecting products, recommending kits, materials, and explaining technical differences * Accurately pick orders (zero error rate) * Manage customer interactions end-to-end * Execute **post-sale** processes and customer follow-up * Register orders and information in the company's system (**CRM Bling**) * Participate in promotional campaigns and activities * Support the team with **simple office routines**, when necessary ADDITIONAL ASSETS * Sales experience * Experience with WhatsApp Business * Experience with systems/CRM (especially Bling) A realistic career growth plan within the company.
