




Job Summary: Professional responsible for quoting automotive parts, negotiating with insurance companies, managing claims processes, and providing customer service, ensuring comprehensive support. Process and report management Main Responsibilities: * Quote automotive parts from suppliers; * Negotiate claim procedures and amounts with insurance companies; * Monitor claims processes via insurance companies' systems and portals; * Provide telephone-based customer service, ensuring clarity and timeliness of information; * Schedule services with policyholders; * Accompany customers throughout the entire process, ensuring support until service completion at the store; * Update and manage tracking spreadsheets and reports; * Ensure smooth progress of processes from initiation to closure and payment receipt. Requirements: * Preferred: Prior experience in sales or commercial support; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic computer and spreadsheet knowledge.
