Mid-Level RPA Developer (Automation Anywhere)

Description

We are looking for a **Mid-Level RPA Developer**, with solid experience in the **Automation Anywhere A360** platform, to work on scalable and strategic automation projects. We expect you to possess technical autonomy, an architectural vision for automations, and the ability to participate across the entire lifecycle—from requirements gathering to production support. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop, test, deploy, and maintain automations using **Automation Anywhere A360**, adhering to established best practices and standards. * Participate in requirements-gathering meetings with business units, understanding and modeling target processes\-. * Build reusable, secure, and scalable bots, with attention to performance and governance. * Conduct impact analysis, risk assessment, and technical feasibility evaluation for automations. * Integrate with **REST/SOAP APIs**, legacy systems, databases, and structured files. * Implement robust strategies for **exception handling and logging**. * Support production bot maintenance, debugging, and evolutionary updates. * Create technical documentation, evidence artifacts, and test plans for automations. * Contribute to evolving the team’s DevOps pipeline and RPA governance framework. **Requirements and qualifications** * Proven experience with **Automation Anywhere A360 (Cloud and/or On\-Prem)**. * Proficiency with **Control Room**, **Bot Creator**, and **Bot Agent**. * Knowledge of **SAP automation**, **Web Apps**, **desktop automation**, and **API-based integration**. * Mastery of **Data Tables**, **JSON/XML**, file manipulation, and connectors. * Familiarity with **process modeling (BPMN)** and identifying automation opportunities. * Experience with **version control (e.g., Git)**, repository organization, and bot versioning. * Ability to build modular, parameterized, and reusable bots. * Hands-on experience with **structured exception handling**, custom logging, and alerts. * Technical reading and writing proficiency (documentation, test cases, evidence). * Experience collaborating within **agile squads (Scrum, Kanban)**.
