Job Summary: Performs general cleaning, maintenance, and preservation services for roads and buildings, working across multiple areas including traffic signage and green area management. Supports operational safety and efficiency Performs general cleaning, fence maintenance, and maintenance of surface and deep drainage systems on an as-needed basis; metal barriers, rigid barriers, and other items related to routine maintenance, traffic signage, and construction site signage. May collect waste materials occasionally, fully complying with all company-established standards. Assists in performing general maintenance and preservation services for buildings such as toll plazas, SAU bases, headquarters, PGF PMRV, electrical and hydraulic systems, adhering to all company-established standards. Occasionally performs green area preservation tasks such as mowing, cleaning surface and deep drainage systems, pest control, pruning and trimming of trees and shrubs, as well as drainage and fencing services. Acts in accordance with the organization’s values. May also perform loading and unloading operations for traffic signage maintenance trucks and their equipment; installs and removes reflective studs, delineators, anti-glare devices, signage installation/maintenance supplies, signs, and cones for construction site signage. Performs flagman duties using manual, mechanical, and combustion-powered tools; may assist in sign manufacturing across all production stages. Loads paint trucks (paint and microspheres) into compartments designated for these supplies; assists in loading and unloading signs, cones, and flag ropes during construction site signage deployment. Performs pre-marking for mechanized painting and positions templates for manual painting; cleans road surfaces at locations where signage will be applied and washes signs. Assists in offloading and cleaning all painting equipment after field operations and organizes and cleans materials, equipment, and support bases. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Inspect equipment conditions before commencing activities; * Use personal and collective protective equipment provided by the company and specified for the activity; * Perform equipment cleaning and maintenance (adjustments, replacement of cutting devices, refueling), always observing Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental regulations; * Identify potential obstacles on premises, such as slopes, holes, solid materials, and other debris that could cause accidents or damage equipment; * Maintain a safe distance from colleagues while performing duties to prevent possible accidents; * Perform general cleaning and preservation services for roads, including surface drainage system cleaning, removal of solid waste from right-of-way areas and operational and support facilities; * Perform sweeping, weeding, cleaning of bus stops, footbridges, and monuments; * Remove and dispose of (burial) dead animals, weed gray areas, eradicate ant and termite nests, and sweep paved areas; * Clean vertical signage, delineators, delineators, New Jersey barriers, concrete surface painting, road surface cleaning, metal barriers, graffiti removal, emergency cleaning, and deep drainage system cleaning; * Manage green areas, collect green biomass and branches, and repair and/or maintain fences; * Perform pothole repairs on premises during rainy periods and/or whenever required; * Assist in coupling and uncoupling equipment attachments; * Perform material handling, transport non-hazardous solid waste, and collect and deliver general cargo; * Clean the team vehicle and assemble/disassemble living areas; * Load trucks with materials and tools necessary for signage services, and assist in offloading and organizing materials in the warehouse; * Occasionally assist with other engineering services; * Participate in Daily Safety Dialogues, contributing topics relevant to your team and other participating teams; * Occasionally apply herbicides to paved areas, provided you are certified for this activity; * Immediately report any workplace accidents occurring at service sites to your immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completion of Elementary School preferred; * Prior experience as a general services assistant, metalworker assistant, laborer, or gardener preferred. **Skills:** * Results-oriented; * Ownership mindset; * Teamwork; * Operational safety and efficiency; * Ethical conduct. **Additional Information** * Flexible working hours; * Work location: Sertãozinho/SP; * Residence required in Ribeirão Preto/SP; * Transportation: Provided shuttle service; * Working hours: Monday–Thursday 07:00–17:00; Friday 07:00–16:00.
