**Location:** Remote (LATAM) / Bangalore, India **Job Type:** Full\-time **Work Schedule:** 5\.5 Days a Week (Sunday Off) **Salary:** USD 100,000 – USD 200,000 per year About the Opportunity One of our clients is looking for an experienced **RL Engineer** to join their growing engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting\-edge Reinforcement Learning (RL) environments and AI agents that power next\-generation AI applications. As one of the first engineering hires, you will work closely with the leadership team, contribute to core technical decisions, and play a key role in building scalable AI solutions. Key Responsibilities * Design, build, and optimize Reinforcement Learning (RL) environments using proprietary datasets. * Develop and deploy production\-grade AI agents for enterprise applications. * Build scalable, high\-quality RL pipelines and infrastructure. * Collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams to deliver AI\-driven solutions. * Leverage AI\-native development tools to improve engineering productivity. * Contribute to technical architecture and engineering best practices. Required Qualifications * 3–7 years of software engineering experience with strong Reinforcement Learning (RL) fundamentals. * Hands\-on experience building RL environments in production. * Experience working with AI agents and deploying them in real\-world applications. * Strong proficiency with AI\-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar. * Excellent problem\-solving and software engineering skills. * Ability to work with overlapping PST business hours. * Willingness to work a 5\.5\-day work week. Preferred Background Candidates with experience in Reinforcement Learning, AI infrastructure, or human data platforms will be highly preferred.
