Discover more about the characteristics of this position below — good luck! **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Pedagogical Planning:** Plan and organize lessons, projects, and activities based on curriculum documentation, adapting them to students’ individual needs. * **Differentiated Instruction:** Apply varied teaching strategies to address multiple learning styles and students’ diverse developmental levels (academic, social, and emotional). * **Methodology (PBL):** Implement daily pedagogical practice aligned with the school’s philosophy, with special emphasis on Project-Based Learning (PBL). * **Classroom Management:** Manage the learning environment to motivate students as active participants, fostering autonomy, engagement, and mutual respect. * **Ongoing Assessment:** Use a diverse repertoire of assessment strategies (formative and summative) to diagnose progress, document development, and inform future planning. * **Communication with Families:** Maintain clear and proactive communication with guardians regarding students’ progress, achievements, and developmental needs, via reports, meetings, and official channels. * **Technology Integration:** Effectively integrate ICT tools and 21st-century resources to enrich teaching, learning, and assessment. * **Professional Development:** Actively engage in self-directed learning and participate in continuous professional training and pedagogical meetings offered by the school. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Fluent English for teaching classes in English is mandatory. * Knowledge of and experience with national curricula appropriate for your age group (BNCC); * Strong communication skills; * Ability to build positive professional relationships (with staff, parents, and students); * Proactive, flexible, resilient, and collaborative mindset; * Motivation to work with adolescents; genuine concern for their well-being and growth as individuals; * Commitment to professional development. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * TotalPass; * Swile Card (Flexible for Food or Restaurant); * Transportation Allowance; * SESC; * Mobile Emergency Unit; * Life Insurance; Transportation Allowance; * Profit Sharing (PLR); * Pharmacy Discounts; * Partnership with UniDomBosco; * Work Modality: In-person; With six decades of pioneering leadership in education, the SEB Group has established itself as a vibrant, multicultural global community grounded in educational excellence.
