Job Summary: The professional will complete and organize spreadsheets, checklists, and technical reports; perform photographic documentation; monitor construction progress; and support internal training. Work on high-standard vertical construction projects **Main Responsibilities:** \- Complete and organize spreadsheets, checklists, and technical reports; \- Perform photographic documentation and construction progress reports; \- Conduct inspections and monitor construction execution; \- Support internal training, contributing to team capacity building; \- Collaborate in ISO 9001 and PBQP\-H certification processes. **Requirements:** \- Completed undergraduate degree in Building Construction Technology; \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; \- Strong communication skills, organizational ability, attention to detail, and proactivity. **Desirable:** \- Experience with PBQP\-H, ISO 9001, or environmental/social certifications. \- Prior experience as a Building Construction Technician or Civil Engineer on high-standard vertical construction projects **Benefits:** \- Meal Voucher (Ticket) \- Transportation Voucher (subject to location) \- Psychological Support \- Healthy Mind Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$4\.435,76 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
