**QUALITY COORDINATOR** Location: Company located in Sorocaba \- SP Salary: BRL 7\.000,00 (PJ) Benefits: Breakfast, lunch, and basic food basket. ✔ Only candidates residing in the Sorocaba \- SP region will be considered. We are seeking a technically skilled, decisive, and operationally focused professional to serve as a Quality Coordinator in a metallurgical industrial environment. The position requires strong presence on the factory floor, active leadership, and a focus on quality assurance, reduction of rework, and compliance with customers' technical requirements. **Desired Profile:** ✔ Proven experience as a Quality Coordinator, Quality Supervisor, Lead Inspector, or Senior Quality Analyst. ✔ Solid experience in metallurgical industry, boiler-making, or mechanical manufacturing. ✔ Factory-oriented profile with direct interface with production and operations. ✔ Knowledge of reading and interpreting mechanical engineering drawings and welded assemblies. ✔ Experience in dimensional inspection, process control, and part release. ✔ Knowledge of manufacturing processes: cutting, bending, welding, machining, assembly, painting, and surface treatments. ✔ Experience with quality standards, especially ISO 9001, with practical application focus. ✔ Experience handling non-conformities, root cause analysis (8D, Ishikawa, etc.), and corrective actions. ✔ Knowledge of visual and dimensional inspections; experience with NDT (LP/PM) is desirable. ✔ Critical, organized, detail-oriented profile with firm stance to ensure quality standards. ✔ Strong communication skills for interfacing with customers, engineering, and production. **Key Responsibilities:** Coordinate quality activities on the factory floor. Directly perform inspection, release, and production monitoring. Handle internal and customer non-conformities, addressing root causes. Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions. Ensure compliance with technical requirements, standards, and specifications. Reduce rework, losses, and quality deviations. Support continuous improvement of production processes. Participate in internal and external audits. Develop quality indicators, records, and reports.
