JOB OPENING – QUALITY ASSISTANT **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in quality control of materials and processes * Work in a concrete testing laboratory * Monitor tests, records, and results tracking * Support verification of compliance with technical standards * Assist in the continuous improvement of internal processes **Requirements:** * Technical education in **Building Construction** * Currently pursuing a degree in **Engineering** * Experience in the **Quality** field * Experience in a **concrete testing laboratory** * Knowledge of quality processes, controls, and routines **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with technical standards (ABNT) * Organization, attention to detail, and proactivity * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: Starting from R$3.000,00 per month Work location: On-site
