QA Analyst | Mid (Remote)

. **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases, validating functional and non-functional requirements; * Execute functional, regression, integration, and acceptance tests, ensuring the quality of deliveries; * Identify, record, track, and validate defect fixes, performing retests according to priority; * Develop and maintain test automations using best practices and market tools; * Validate integrations between systems, APIs, and databases, ensuring information consistency; * Support the execution of tests in continuous integration (CI/CD) pipelines; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in defining test strategies and continuous quality improvement; * Prepare test documentation, evidence, and execution reports, ensuring traceability of validations. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Information Technology; * Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT; * Possess at least one of the following certifications (or equivalent): ATC – Certified Test Analyst (IBQTS); CBTS – Brazilian Software Testing Certification (ALATS); CTFL – Certified Tester Foundation Level; * Experience with manual testing and test automation; * Solid knowledge of software testing techniques and methodologies; * Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Postman, Robot Framework, and JMeter; * Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines; * Knowledge of C\#, .NET, or JavaScript; * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases; * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban); * Analytical skills, organization, and good communication. * Desirable: CTAL\-TAE, CTAL\-TA, or CTAL\-TM certifications; Experience in projects in the financial or credit segment; Experience with API testing and integrations between systems; Knowledge of automation strategies and continuous improvement of quality processes. **Additional information** \#remote Compass UOL is a global firm and part of the AI Revolution Company, together transforming organizations using Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and other of today’s most advanced technologies.
