Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior QA to lead an API development project, focusing on discovery, requirements gathering, and backlog prioritization, as well as facilitating agile ceremonies. Key Highlights: 1. Lead API development project for integration with Core Banking. 2. Focus on test automation using Python and Robot Framework. 3. Collaborate with developers and use tools such as Postman and JIRA. We are looking for a Senior QA to lead an API development project for integration with the Matera Core Banking system. The candidate will focus on effective discovery, requirements elicitation, product vision definition, backlog prioritization, and writing clear user stories for the development team. Additionally, they will be responsible for effectively facilitating Planning and Refinement ceremonies, applying facilitation techniques to deliver value rapidly while remaining aligned with regulatory and governance standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and implement comprehensive test automation strategies for front-end and back-end systems. * Create and execute detailed test scenarios/test cases, clearly articulating objectives, steps, and expected outcomes. * Solid experience in test automation, especially with Python and Robot Framework. * Work closely with developers to ensure test cases align with functional and non-functional requirements. * Test REST APIs using tools such as Postman, Swagger, and/or SoapUI. * Use Gherkin to create and implement test stories. * Experience in defect tracking and using requirement management software, preferably JIRA. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in test automation. * Proficiency in Python and Robot Framework. * Advanced knowledge of Git (GitHub/GitLab). * Experience testing REST APIs. * Experience with Swagger, Postman, and/or SoapUI. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of software test engineering, testing principles and concepts, defect tracking, fixes, and test status evaluation. * Interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participation in key ceremonies/rituals. **Experience in projects involving:** * AWS Cloud (Lambda/ECS/SQS/S3) * Node.js and DynamoDB. **Additional Information** **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, working side by side with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
