If you enjoy working collaboratively, possess active listening skills, empathy, and experience (or strong interest) in the educational field, this opportunity may be right for you! **Responsibilities and duties** ### **Key responsibilities:** * Monitor Early Years classes, observing group dynamics and individual needs. * Conduct conflict mediation among students and/or between students and adults. * Support inclusive processes in partnership with school leadership, teachers, caregivers, and other professionals. * Provide guidance and support to teachers, caregivers, professionals, and staff regarding socioemotional and coexistence-related concerns. * Coordinate and monitor initiatives focused on students’ socioemotional development, coexistence, and well-being. **Requirements and qualifications** ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and active CRP registration. * Prior experience in an educational setting. #### **Technical competencies:** * Individual and group counseling. * Knowledge of child development. * Understanding of professional ethics and CFP legislation.
