The result is an increasingly Data & AI Driven company, offering more robust value propositions to our customers and professionals! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure high-quality, predictable, and business-aligned delivery of strategic projects by acting as an agile facilitator, servant leader, and agent of continuous improvement, fostering collaboration between technical teams and business areas. * Plan, structure, and monitor projects from inception to completion (scope, timeline, cost, and quality) * Act as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective) * Remove impediments and shield the team from external interference * Ensure transparency and effective communication with stakeholders * Support the Product Owner in backlog organization and prioritization * Monitor performance metrics (velocity, lead time, burndown, throughput, etc.) * Promote agile culture and continuous improvement * Manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes * Conduct executive rituals and report status to leadership * Support conflict management and team development **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical Requirements * Prior experience as Project Manager and/or Scrum Master * Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar) * Knowledge of traditional project management (PMBOK is a plus) * Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello or similar * Experience managing stakeholders and executive communication * Ability to structure schedules, roadmaps, and action plans * Knowledge of agile metrics and project KPIs * Knowledge of Data & AI project management Behavioral Competencies * Clear and concise communication * Servant leadership * Conflict mediation and resolution skills * Organization and systemic vision * Results orientation * Proactivity and autonomy * Ability to influence without formal authority Differentiators * Scrum certification (CSM, PSM or equivalent) * PMP certification * Experience in agile transformation environments * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and technology squads **Additional Information** Here’s what we offer you: At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees—not only outstanding but also flexible benefits. • Choose the ideal benefit for you and your dependents via a digital platform featuring multiple categories: Gym, VR, VA, Pharmacy Assistance, Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, and Life Insurance; • Corporate mobile phone.
