FCamara is looking for a **Project Manager** to collaborate with a leading logistics solutions provider—the largest railway operator in the country—offering rail transportation, port cargo handling, and product storage services. Logistics solutions that move Brazil and the world—far beyond railways. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Tasks to be performed:** * Execute end-to-end project management—from requirements gathering through to project closure. * Develop comprehensive project plans, including feasibility analysis, project plan, schedule, risk analysis, financial management, and other necessary artifacts. * Lead internal project kick-off meetings, stakeholder meetings, assumption analysis, detailed clarification of client expectations, scope alignment, and formalization. * Manage and monitor projects—analyzing schedules and activities to meet established milestones; prepare status reports for internal clients and the Project Management Office (PMO), among other actions—ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction on a daily basis. * Close out projects—conducting meetings with stakeholders, analyzing KPIs, and documenting lessons learned—to gather data for success analysis, as required. **Core Requirements:** * **Experience managing large-scale IT projects using project management tools such as Microsoft Project and similar systems.** * Scope definition with internal/external clients; * Solution identification in collaboration with specialized departments; * Development of physical/financial schedules; * Monitoring of physical and financial schedules; * Development of communication plans; * Management reporting; * Meetings with external/internal clients; * Interface with other company departments; * Interface with client departments; * Ensuring adherence to physical/financial schedules; * Strategic planning; * Problem analysis and resolution methodologies; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Knowledge:** * Project management tools: Microsoft Project, * Project Server or similar * Microsoft Office Suite * Advanced Excel * Advanced PowerPoint * Project management software * Clarity PPM or similar * JIRA * Backlog management * Sprint creation and management * Kanban * Confluence **Required Experience (Desired Duration): 5 years** **Desirable Knowledge:** * Prior experience in functional specification, software development, testing, and other technical activities within the technology field. * Knowledge of and experience working on Agile methodology projects. **Soft Skills:** * Proactive profile with critical thinking; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Stakeholder management; * High capacity for time and priority management. **Additional Information** **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, side by side with our clients, delivering transformative experiences.
