**Role in the company** Must play a crucial role in successfully executing projects together with clients. This professional must be able to provide visibility into project progress, raise awareness of risks, organize the technical team’s backlog, and ensure deadlines are met. **Responsibilities** Possess in-depth knowledge of the chosen methodologies—either PMI or Scrum—including their frameworks, processes, and core principles. Be capable of creating detailed project plans, including scope definition, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, aligned with the chosen methodology. Lead or support implementation of the chosen methodology, ensuring all processes and practices comply with established standards. Assume a leadership role in project execution, ensuring the team understands and adheres to the practices of the chosen methodology. Have a deep understanding of project documentation requirements, including organizational standards and stakeholder expectations. Ability to create comprehensive and well-structured project documents, such as the project plan, project charter (PC), schedule, budget, and communication plan. Skill to review and edit existing documents, ensuring they are error-free, clear, and consistent. Maintain standardization of project documentation, ensuring all documents follow a uniform format and style. Manage document version control, ensuring the team has access to the latest version and changes are properly recorded. Ensure documentation is communicated clearly and effectively so it is understood by stakeholders regardless of their technical knowledge level. **Requirements** English for conversation at B2–C1 level (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced). Bachelor’s degree in management-related fields. Experience in the technology sector. **Hard Skills** Proven experience in project management using both agile and traditional methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum). Intermediate/advanced knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, ClickUp, Monday). Critical analysis of performance metrics and KPIs. Ability to prepare managerial reports and presentations. Knowledge of stakeholder management and communication across different hierarchical levels. **Soft Skills** Leadership and team coordination capabilities. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Clear and objective communication. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
