Production Operator I

Description

Job Summary: Production operator responsible for organizing the workplace, adding raw materials, cleaning, packaging products, and assisting other operators. Key Highlights: 1. Workplace organization and maintenance (5S) 2. Handling of raw materials, products, and packaging 3. Assistance and support to other production operators · Organize the workplace in accordance with 5S standards; · Add raw materials to formulation tanks and bioreactors following instructions specified in the Process Order; · Clean the workplace and maintain it organized, clean, and free of waste; · Assist other Production Operators; · Remove\unpackage products from containers (reactors, silos, packages) and repackage them according to the Reprocessing Order into new packaging or appropriately dispose of waste in the EHS\&S area; · Move packages, pallets, raw materials, and finished products using hand carts and manual pallet jacks; · Record relevant operational steps in internal forms and notebooks; · Log each process step (e.g., formulation, filling, packaging) in SAP; · Update daily production data in shared spreadsheets; · Review and develop procedures and check\-lists; Corteva Agriscience is an equal opportunity employer.
