We are seeking a Production Coordinator - Foundry (cast iron) to lead people, optimize processes, and drive results. What You Can Expect as a Production Coordinator - Foundry: * Supervise production operations, coordinating operator team activities to ensure achievement of established production and quality targets; * Distribute tasks and resources efficiently, optimizing workflow and ensuring appropriate utilization of equipment and materials to maximize productivity; * Monitor production line performance, identifying and resolving operational issues, adjusting processes and procedures as needed to ensure efficiency and final product quality; * Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards by implementing policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries among employees; * Communicate regularly with other departments—such as Maintenance, Logistics, and Quality—to ensure efficient integration of production operations with other company functions and timely delivery of products according to specifications and deadlines. **Your Profile as a Production Coordinator - Foundry:** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Materials Engineering, Technology, or related fields; * Mandatory experience in foundry processes, specifically cast iron; * Experience in leadership roles; * Availability to work the first shift at the Engenheiro Coelho facility.
