In this role, you will be responsible for structuring, sustaining, and evolving the quality governance of product and development processes, ensuring adherence to defined organizational standards, traceability of deliverables, process compliance, mitigation of operational and regulatory risks, as well as continuously promoting efficiency, quality, and maturity of processes throughout the product lifecycle. Join us as a Betther and transform public administration management in our country. **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Define, document, and maintain minimum quality and compliance standards across the software development lifecycle (SDLC); * Conduct recurring internal audits (sample-based and structural) across squads and verticals; * Ensure the existence and quality of mandatory evidence (testing, user acceptance testing, documentation, root cause analysis); * Monitor adherence to defined processes and identify deviations; * Establish and track compliance and quality metrics; * Support leadership in closing gaps and continuously improving processes; * Serve as the focal point during internal and external audits; * Promote best practices and raise awareness regarding quality and governance. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Systems, Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency with G\-Suite; * Experience in Governance and Quality within the Product Development Lifecycle; * Knowledge of Quality/Compliance Frameworks and Standards (ISO 9001, CMMI, MPS BR, ITIL, COBIT); * Experience in Process Auditing and Internal Controls; * Knowledge of Metrics Management and Compliance Monitoring; * Experience in Continuous Improvement and Process Structuring; * Knowledge of Product Governance and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM); * Experience with Agile Methodologies and Squad-level Governance; * Knowledge of Requirements Management, Documentation, and Traceability; * Experience in Product and Development Risk Management; * Knowledge of Product Operations and Performance; Experience with Governance, Process, and Observability Tools. * ### **Preferred Qualifications** Postgraduate degree or specialization in Governance, Quality, Processes, Compliance, or IT Management. * **Additional Information** -------------------------- Learn a bit about Betha’s way of caring for Betthers: Innovative Environment: Here, you’ll join a workplace that values innovation, creativity, and excellence; Professional Development: You’ll have opportunities for professional growth and continuous training to help you advance and stand out; Recognition: Your contributions will be valued with competitive compensation and an attractive benefits package. 14 consecutive years holding the GPTW certification, recognized as one of the best companies to work for.
