Join us in growing with Nossa Fruta Brasil! **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields, from the 5th semester onward; Familiarity with Bizagi and Microsoft Office Suite—particularly Excel—is desirable. **Responsibilities:** Assist in updating indicators and monthly results; Support management rituals (weekly and monthly) to ensure adherence to best methodological practices; Support monitoring of departmental action plans; Assist in updating workflows, procedures, and internal documents; Support project monitoring (timelines, scope, and schedule); Support FSSC 22000 documentation and audits. **We Offer:** Internship stipend; On-site cafeteria; Company transportation; Unimed health plan with co-payment; Dental plan (optional enrollment); Partnership agreements with universities and educational institutions; Monthly basket of Nossa Fruta products; Wellhub (Gympass); Life insurance.
