Job Summary: Process Analyst focused on technical documentation and project management support, ensuring clarity, standardization, and efficiency in information and processes. Key Highlights: 1. Process Analyst to work primarily on the preparation, review, and translation of technical documentation related to technical specifications and production processes, ensuring clarity, organization, standardization, and accuracy of information. This professional will play a critical role in structuring, updating, and controlling procedures, instructions, specifications, and other technical documents, directly contributing to process reliability, efficiency, and consistency. In addition to documentation-related activities, the professional will support project management tasks, contributing to planning, schedule monitoring, deadline control, and deliverable organization. They will participate in supporting technical analyses, simulations, tests, and evaluations required for initiative execution, ensuring alignment between scope, requirements, and proposed solutions. They will also interact with various departments, supporting demand coordination, compliance verification, technical issue resolution, and identification of improvement opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** • Prepare general technical documentation for product manufacturing. • Maintain existing technical documentation to ensure it remains aligned with company needs. • Update technical documentation as necessary, whether for corrections or improvements. • Lead or participate in teams to resolve low/medium/high-complexity technical issues. • Monitor tests for development of third-party supplied components, processes, and tools, implementing improvements and/or new equipment. • Verify process times and labor utilization for updating standard times and capacity analysis (product x process matrices, SAP routings, etc.). • Perform Value Stream Mapping (VSM). • Design layouts to achieve maximum productivity within investment constraints. • Research new manufacturing processes and machinery suppliers for items and ammunition. • Monitor supplier-related activities, processes, and developments. • Prepare, review, and translate technical documentation for production processes, ensuring clarity, consistency, and standardization of information. • Structure, update, and maintain procedures, work instructions, specifications, and other technical documents. • Ensure documentation complies with established technical, operational, and quality requirements. • Support project management activities, assisting with planning, schedule monitoring, deadline control, and deliverable organization. • Support technical analyses, simulations, tests, and evaluations related to ongoing processes and initiatives. • Interact with various departments, supporting technical alignment, information gathering, and demand coordination. • Monitor compliance of tools, fixtures, components, and technical solutions associated with processes. • Contribute to identifying improvement opportunities, process optimization, and resolution of technical issues. **Requirements and Qualifications** Minimum Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields. Desired Education: Currently pursuing postgraduate studies. Technical Competencies: Basic Microsoft Office Suite, Solid Edge, SAP knowledge, Lean Manufacturing, Advanced English. Desired Competency: Advanced Excel, Solid Edge, SAP knowledge, Lean Manufacturing, 5S knowledge, Value Stream Mapping (VSM). Behavioral Competencies: Adaptability, teamwork, emotional balance, sense of urgency, creativity, effective communication, analytical mindset.
