Apply paint on various surfaces **Description:** Our Maintenance team within the institution aims to ensure all members and visitors have access to safe, comfortable, and functional temples and buildings. Responsibilities Inspect the work to be performed, observing measurements, positioning, and the condition of surfaces to be painted, determining procedures and materials to be used; Prepare the surface to be painted by cleaning, brushing, and removing old paint or damaged areas using scrapers, sandpaper, solvents, and air jets to eliminate residues, as well as retouching flaws and seams to correct defects and improve paint adhesion; Prepare painting materials by mixing paints, pigments, oil, diluents, and driers in appropriate proportions to achieve specified color and quality; Paint surfaces by applying one or multiple coats of paint using rollers, brushes, or spray guns; Perform other duties relevant to the position. Requirements Elementary education; Qualification course in the field is desirable.
