Here, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your value and challenge yourself while helping **the largest players in the national market** keep their businesses aligned with consumer demands! **Responsibilities and Duties** **In this role, you will:** * Lead software development projects from conception through implementation and delivery; * Actively participate in architecture and software modeling decisions related to Monoliths and Microservices; * Implement and maintain code written in Python and React, ensuring scalability, security, and performance; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain innovative solutions; * Contribute to defining best practices and development standards (Design Patterns); * Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance, mentoring and developing team members; * Stay up-to-date with technological trends and propose adoption of new technologies and best practices; * Participate in code refactoring and SQL query optimization; * Develop code that handles large volumes of data; * Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing pipelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To succeed in this role, you should have:** * Prior experience developing highly complex systems; * Experience designing new products; * Ability to build solutions incrementally, prioritizing small deliveries that generate immediate customer value; * Strong proficiency in Python and the React framework; * Experience with Docker; * Experience with relational databases; * Problem-solving and debugging skills; * Experience with Automated Testing (unit and integration); * Experience in code and system design and architecture; * Excellent communication skills; * Ability to identify and promote adoption of new technologies; * Technical leadership capability for projects; * Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments; * Strong ability to share technical knowledge and mentor team members; * Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). **Nice-to-have (Plus):** * Familiarity with Django or FastAPI; * Familiarity with Trino; * Experience applying AI in the development process. **Additional Information** At Neogrid, People Matter.
