Collaborative work environment and opportunities for growth Position: Mason or Industrial Coating Applicator Location: Itaquaquecetuba – SP Employment Type: On-site \| CLT Immediate Start JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Prepare application areas (cleaning, isolation, and environmental protection). \* Perform substrate treatment (sanding, milling, blasting, or vacuuming). \* Repair imperfections such as cracks, holes, and substrate defects. \* Apply primers, bonding bridges, sealers, and other layers according to the specified system. \* Carry out application of industrial coatings (epoxy, polyurethane, cementitious, self-leveling, etc.). \* Control thickness, leveling, and finish of applied layers. \* Use specialized tools and equipment (trowels, spatulas, de-bubbling rollers, vibrating screeds, etc.). \* Accurately follow technical instructions and product curing times. \* Ensure application quality and uniformity. \* Perform cleaning and basic maintenance of used equipment. \* Support other construction phases when required. RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Comply with all safety regulations and correctly use PPE. \* Work in an organized manner, taking care of equipment and the work environment. \* Proactively collaborate with the team to support project progress. \* Demonstrate flexibility to work during various shifts and at different locations, as required by the project.
