Job Summary: We are seeking a Pedagogy intern to mentor students, assist with pedagogical routines, and foster autonomy in a supportive environment. Key Highlights: 1. Mentoring support from the pedagogical coordination Pedagogy Intern – Learning Space (Savassi – Belo Horizonte) We are looking for a Pedagogy student eager to learn through hands-on experience and develop professional competencies in an environment that values care, autonomy, and the development of children and adolescents. At Educa – Learning Space, we believe learning goes far beyond completing assignments. Our work is to create an organized, calm, and stimulating environment where each student can develop autonomy, confidence, and joy in learning. Main Responsibilities * Mentor students during study hours and while completing school assignments. * Assist in organizing the Study Space, ensuring a calm, productive, and respectful environment. * Guide children and adolescents in completing homework and small academic tasks, without doing the tasks for them. * Encourage habits of organization, concentration, and study autonomy. * Support teachers and the pedagogical coordination team with daily pedagogical routines. * Observe student development and communicate needs to the pedagogical team. Requirements * Currently enrolled in a Pedagogy program (preferably from intermediate semesters onward). * Enjoy working with children and adolescents. * Be organized, responsible, patient, and communicative. * Have interest in learning about pedagogical mentoring, learning mediation, and child development. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in tutoring, academic reinforcement, internships, or private teaching. * Ability to work effectively in teams and initiative to address everyday operational needs.
