Together with our more than 40,000 students and their families, we form an even larger family grounded in strong values, lived daily in each of our schools—**LOVE, GRIT, FOCUS**, and **MERIT**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor teachers’ work, guiding the implementation of projects and planning at the unit; * Monitor students’ academic progress and conduct, keeping families informed; * Attend to parents and students, advising them on study techniques and addressing each student’s individual difficulties; * Ensure all pedagogical administrative processes at the unit are executed and delivered within established deadlines; * Train and develop the team of coordination assistants. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy or a teacher-training program; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. **Additional Information** * Prior experience in this role and/or team management is desirable; * A postgraduate degree in School Administration/Supervision is a plus.
