Job Summary: Optimize routes, monitor services in real time, manage customer communication, and generate reports to enhance logistical efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Operational data analysis for improvements **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Design, review, and optimize daily service routes, considering location, duration, priorities, and logistical efficiency. Make real-time route adjustments to address unforeseen situations (emergency delays), cancellations, or new demands. Remotely monitor the status of each scheduled service, ensuring adherence to scheduled times and established quality standards. Keep customers informed about arrival status, delays, or changes, conveying confidence and professionalism. Collect immediate feedback after services and record incidents or improvement suggestions. Enter relevant information into the operational management system. Maintain contact with sales, customer success, and supervisory teams to ensure seamless end-to-end customer journey. Generate daily or weekly operational reports containing data on route efficiency, incidents, and improvement opportunities. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education. Fluent English (used daily for customer communication). Experience in logistics. Personal computer in good working condition. Quiet, interruption-free work environment. Preferred experience with tools such as Jobber, ClickUp, RingCentral, and other task management, enterprise communication, and CRM systems. Preferred prior experience working for companies providing services in the USA. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields is desirable. **WORK SCHEDULE:** US Summer (March to October): Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 19:00; US Winter (November to February): Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 20:00\. **BENEFITS:** PJ remuneration R$ 4\.000,00\.
