DESCRIPTION
* Inform the employer, through a technical opinion, about the risks present in the workplace, as well as advise them on measures for eliminating or neutralizing such risks;
* Inform workers about the risks associated with their activities, as well as measures for eliminating or neutralizing those risks;
* Analyze work methods and processes and identify risk factors for occupational accidents, occupational diseases, and the presence of environmental agents harmful to workers, proposing their elimination or control;
* Implement occupational accident prevention programs, occupational disease prevention programs, and work-related illness prevention programs in the workplace, involving workers, monitoring and evaluating their outcomes, continuously suggesting updates, and establishing procedures to be followed;
* Enforce safety standards related to construction projects, implementation, renovation, physical layouts, and workflow arrangements, aiming to comply with occupational safety and hygiene measures, including those applicable to third parties;
* Forward standards, regulations, documentation, statistical data, analysis results, and evaluation reports to the respective departments and competent areas;
* Cooperate with environmental activities, advising on the treatment and disposal of industrial waste, and promoting awareness among workers regarding its importance to life;
* Guide activities carried out by contracted companies concerning occupational safety and hygiene procedures stipulated in legislation or specified in service contracts;
* Carry out occupational safety and hygiene activities using scientific methods and techniques, complying with legal and institutional provisions aimed at eliminating, controlling, or permanently reducing occupational accident risks and improving workplace conditions to preserve workers' physical and mental integrity;
* Coordinate and collaborate with human resources departments, providing them with technical risk assessment results for various areas and activities to support personnel-level preventive measures;
* Inform workers and the employer about unhealthy, hazardous, and arduous activities existing in the company, their specific risks, as well as measures and alternatives for eliminating or neutralizing them;
* Evaluate workplace environmental conditions and issue a technical opinion to support safe work planning and organization for workers;
* Coordinate and collaborate with agencies and entities involved in occupational accident prevention, occupational diseases, and work-related illnesses;
* Knowledge of preparing occupational safety documents, issuing and developing Risk Analysis Plans (RAP), Work Permits (PT), conducting and guiding Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS);
* Prevent incidents, accidents, and occupational diseases;
* Assess activities to detect, record, and rectify unsafe conditions in the workplace;
* Monitor critical activities;
* Supervise and manage safety for third-party contractors and internal teams;
Payment: starting from R$3.500,00 per month
Education:
* Currently pursuing or having interrupted a Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
