We are collaborating with a leading Portuguese company in the **retail** sector, present in Portugal and Spain. Within this context, we are seeking someone with **energy, responsibility, and motivation** to assume the role of **MID-LEVEL OBSERVABILITY ANALYST**, as part of one of the initiatives we are leading with this client. In this project, the person joining the team will work **remotely** alongside colleagues from FCamara and the Client based in Portugal. **Responsibilities and Duties** This person will be responsible for **ensuring that applications, services, and integrations are continuously monitored and observed to guarantee that our Client and its customers always have digital services available and performing well.** **Requirements and Qualifications** For this position, we seek someone with **at least 3 years of experience** in similar roles. You are the right candidate if you meet these **mandatory requirements**: * Knowledge or experience with cloud providers, preferably Azure or GCP; * Hands-on experience with container and orchestration technologies, such as Kubernetes; * Hands-on experience designing and managing infrastructure to collect, process, enrich, and route telemetry data (Logs, Metrics, Traces) from all services to build the telemetry pipeline; * Hands-on experience architecting, implementing, operating, and using the Grafana Stack observability platform; * Hands-on experience integrating the Grafana Stack with a hybrid multicloud environment hosting multiple workload types (datacenter, virtualization, VMs, databases, k8s, etc). We will view very favorably candidates who also meet these **preferred requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools and GitOps tools such as Argo CD; **Beyond technical expertise, we also expect a collaborative profile** and strong **teamwork orientation**: * Ability to understand requirements and technical solutions * Strong communication skills * Critical thinking and focus on continuous improvement * Strong delivery orientation and commitment to deadlines and objectives **Additional Information** This is a **fully remote position**, working with Client teams based in **Portugal**, and is **specifically intended for individuals residing in Brazil** (in any city or state).
