**What we are looking for:** =================== We are seeking an experienced developer to join a squad focused on backend solution development, applying sound architectural practices, system integration, and microservices to deliver scalable solutions aligned with client standards. **Responsibilities:** ====================== * Develop backend applications using Node.js and TypeScript; * Collaborate on the design and maintenance of REST APIs; * Work with messaging and data streaming using Kafka; * Apply software development best practices such as SOLID, DDD, and TDD; * Develop and maintain microservice-based solutions; * Interact with relational and non-relational databases; * Collaborate with the team to ensure code quality and adherence to defined standards. **Requirements and Qualifications:** =============================== * Advanced English; * Solid experience with Node.js; * Knowledge of Kafka (Confluent Kafka Streams and ksqlDB); * Experience with TypeScript; * Hands-on experience developing REST APIs; * Familiarity with Next.js; * Proficiency in software development best practices (SOLID, DDD, TDD); * Knowledge of Python; * Experience with SQL Server; * Experience with NoSQL databases. **Nice-to-haves:** ================= * Knowledge of Java; * Frontend experience with Angular and React. **Behavioral Profile:** ============================= * We seek someone who: * Enjoys working in teams and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has the **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and pursues quality in all daily activities; * Possesses strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is capable and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in tackling technologically **adverse and innovative** situations.
