If you seek a hands-on school for applied engineering, this is the place for you! **What we seek in you (Hard Skills):** * **Education:** Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design (FATEC is a highly valued advantage!), or Technical/Tecnologist programs in related fields. * **Technical Foundation:** Basic knowledge of technical standards and metrology; familiarity with mechanical construction materials, mechanical manufacturing processes, machine elements, mechanical manufacturing processes, heat and surface treatments, mechanical tolerances, fits, and joints. Basic knowledge of boiler-making and machining. * **Software:** Basic proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, Inventor, or AutoCAD) at user level. * **Profile:** Strong desire to develop competencies in manufacturing processes (machining, boiler-making, heat treatments) and ability to seamlessly transition between office and production environments. **Your Responsibilities Here:** More than just drawing—you will be part of the machine’s lifecycle: * Support the development of new packaging machine projects; * Prepare and review technical drawings and documentation (bills of materials); * Closely monitor execution, assembly, and technical adjustments in production; * Learn about project improvements under the supervision of experienced professionals. **Benefits:** * Meals provided on-site; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance.
