If you master functional testing techniques but are constantly seeking ways to optimize your work through new technologies, this role is for you. We seek a professional to ensure the quality of our deliveries, initially focused on manual execution, yet fully open and encouraged to integrate Artificial Intelligence tools into daily activities—transforming how we validate our products. ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Quality Assurance (Reactive):** Handle requests via Jira for validating new features and bug fixes in development and staging environments. * **Test Execution:** Perform manual black-box, regression, and exploratory testing to ensure the best possible end-user experience. * **Technical Documentation:** Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and evidence reports. * **AI-Driven Innovation (Proactive):** Explore and implement AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot for testing, or codeless automation tools) to accelerate test case writing and test data generation. * **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities to improve the testing lifecycle and suggest tools that enhance team efficiency. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in manual software testing (Web and/or Mobile). * Proficiency in writing test cases and reporting bugs via Jira. * Familiarity with API concepts (using Postman or Insomnia). * **Bonus:** Curiosity and practical use of Generative AI tools to boost productivity. * Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills for collaboration with developers. **MJV Benefits:** TotalPass\\Wellhub; ‍‍‍‍ Group life insurance; Meal/Voucher allowance; Health and dental plan \- Bradesco; Training initiatives: lectures, forums, knowledge exchanges, and discussions related to our business.
