Learn more at irco.com and join us to take control of your future. **Job Overview** The Production Manager will be responsible for managing manufacturing operations for industrial machinery and equipment, ensuring execution of the production plan with focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity, in compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements. They will serve as one of the key agents in spreading Lean culture, promoting continuous improvement, operational discipline, process standardization, and data-driven decision-making. They will lead multidisciplinary teams and sustain management routines on the shop floor, strengthening operational excellence. They will work closely with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Supply Chain functions, contributing to lead time reduction, increased process stability, and improved customer service levels. **Responsibilities** * Manage production operations and lead teams, ensuring performance, engagement, and safety; * Implement and sustain Lean culture across all operations; * Conduct Lean routines (DMS, Gemba, Visual Management, and KPI tracking); * Ensure execution of the production plan with focus on flow and stability, guaranteeing efficiency, quality, on-time delivery, and cost control; * Lead continuous improvement initiatives, waste reduction, and cost optimization; * Develop, train, and coach operational teams; * Promote cross-functional coordination and effective communication among involved departments. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Solid experience in production/manufacturing management of industrial machinery and equipment; * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and driving cultural transformation; * Proven experience implementing Lean Manufacturing (e.g., Kaizen, VSM, 5S, SMED, TPM); * Technical knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or similar); * Proficiency in continuous improvement and problem-solving tools (PDCA, DMAIC, A3); * Experience managing industrial KPIs (OEE, productivity, efficiency, scrap, OTIF, etc.); * Familiarity with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements; * Advanced English proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree/MBA will be considered a plus; * Knowledge of Production Planning and Control (PCP). **Travel and Work Modality** * Willingness and availability to travel is required.
