Commitment to safety and productivity Description: Job Description: We are hiring a Maintenance Helper to support civil construction activities on our construction sites. We seek proactive professionals with willingness to perform physical labor and commitment to safety and productivity at the construction site. The helper will work directly in preparing and supporting masons and other construction professionals. Main Responsibilities: * Assist in preparing mortar, concrete, and other materials; * Load, transport, and organize construction materials on-site; * Support masons in masonry, plastering, concrete pouring, floor tiling, and wall tiling; * Break walls, dig trenches, and prepare surfaces for construction work; * Clean and organize the work area; * Assemble and disassemble scaffolding (when certified); * Follow technical team instructions (mason, foreman, engineer); * Comply with safety, hygiene, and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
