We are looking for a **Temporary Maintenance Auxiliary** to join our **Maintenance** team at the **Pecém** terminal. You will support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for port equipment, contributing to smooth operations and ensuring everyone’s safety. Join a team that keeps our equipment in perfect condition and helps move the global economy! **Key Responsibilities:** * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of port equipment, ensuring safety and technical quality. * Assist in disassembly, replacement, and reassembly of mechanical components (bearings, shafts, valves, cylinders, etc.). * Perform basic maintenance tasks such as oil, filter, tire, calibration, and lubrication replacements. * Carry out maintenance and cleaning services for air\-conditioning systems and equipment washing. * Follow lockout, safety, and environmental procedures, maintaining an organized workplace. * Move equipment and tools in accordance with safety standards. * Complete work orders and technical reports for maintenance control and traceability. Participate in shift meetings and support continuous improvement of maintenance activities. * **What talent are we seeking?** * **Education:** Completed high school and Basic Mechanics course. * **Experience:** Experience supporting mechanical maintenance of industrial or port equipment, performing basic maintenance while adhering to safety procedures. * **Driver’s License:** Category B. * **Mandatory Courses:** NR35 – Small Forklift Operator. * **LEAN Mindset:** We seek someone with a strong continuous improvement mindset — naturally curious, committed to solving root causes, and motivated to make things better every day. **Behavioral Competencies:** * **Responsibility and Safety Orientation:** Strictly follows safety, environmental, and procedural standards and best practices. * **Teamwork:** Collaborates effectively with colleagues and technicians, maintaining clear communication and focus on collective results. * **Organization and Carefulness:** Maintains the workplace, tools, and equipment orderly and in good working condition. * **Proactivity and Attention to Detail:** Demonstrates initiative in tasks and performs activities with precision and technical quality.
