Culture that values inclusion and diverse perspectives. **Job Description** **Who will you work with?** The Wabtec Diafrag Operations team, responsible for manufacturing parts produced at the factory. **How will you make a difference?** As a member of the Operations team, you will be responsible for: Operating and setting up all types of machines. Performing machine setup tasks, including preparing and executing Set\-up, installing required tooling, adjusting and calibrating equipment control mechanisms (e.g., rotational speed, cutting depth, and other process-specified movements), and verifying their parameters. Inspecting completed work visually and dimensionally to ensure adherence to predefined quality standards, thereby releasing the machine for production.
