Daily track delivery planning, pending items, and unit needs. Participate in meetings with unit and regional managers, presenting and following up on results. Provide branches with guidance on operational processes and procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives and new operational projects. Participate in system testing related to operational programs. Manage vehicles, drivers, partners, and terminals. Prepare reports and presentations. Conduct branch visits for audits or process implementation.
