Description:
* Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy or a related teaching qualification.
* Language: English.
* Prior experience in an educational setting focused on children aged 1 to 5.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, parents, and administrators.
* Organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Patience, empathy, and passion for supporting student learning.
* Support the Lead Teacher in pedagogical activities, ensuring implementation of the weekly lesson plan.
* Monitor children’s development by observing and documenting their academic, emotional, and social progress.
* Contribute to organizing classroom materials and the learning environment, promoting a welcoming, safe, and stimulating space.
* Participate in pedagogical meetings, professional development sessions, and Early Years team planning.
* Assist with children’s hygiene, meals, and rest periods according to the class routine.
* Collaborate with family engagement and the school’s bilingual culture.
