Ensure finishing quality and standardization **Main Responsibilities:** Operate laser engraving and painting equipment on machines, parts, and components; Prepare surfaces for engraving by cleaning, aligning, and securing them; Adjust laser parameters (power, focus, speed, and depth) according to the material; Interpret engraving patterns, markings, and technical instructions; Perform visual inspection of the finish to ensure quality and standardization; Maintain the laser equipment and workplace clean and organized; Record engraved parts and materials used for control and traceability; Support workshop and assembly departments as needed.
