Become a Betther and help us transform public sector management in our country. **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Implement features according to technical specifications, ensuring compliance with user requirements; * Write clean code adhering to company standards, facilitating maintenance and future enhancements; * Perform unit testing and fix simple bugs; * Collaborate with the development team to ensure quality and timely delivery; * Document code and development processes for traceability and future reference; * Apply AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and increase efficiency; * Continuously learn new technologies, frameworks, and best practices; * Follow company security and compliance standards; * Support maintenance of existing systems, ensuring operational continuity; * Participate in code reviews and team technical discussions; * Communicate development issues and challenges to collaboratively seek solutions; * Assist in creating prototypes or experimental solutions for new requirements; * Contribute to continuous improvement of internal development processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of backend programming languages (Java, JavaScript, TypeScript); * Basic knowledge of frontend programming languages (JavaScript, TypeScript); * Basic knowledge of backend frameworks (JavaEE, SpringBoot, Micronaut, Thorntail, Quarkus); * Basic knowledge of frontend frameworks (AngularJS, Angular, StencilJS); * Basic knowledge of web technologies (CSS, HTML, DOM, HTTP, WebSocket); * Basic knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, OpenSearch, Redis, Atlas Search); * Basic knowledge of version control (Git, Gitflow); * Basic knowledge of containers (Docker); * Basic knowledge of development best practices (object-oriented programming, clean code, design patterns, reactive programming); * Basic knowledge of REST API development; * Basic knowledge of software quality (testing, reviews, static code analysis); * Basic knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers, Jest); * Basic knowledge of DataWindow manipulation and Sybase database integrations; * Basic knowledge of PowerBuilder (syntax and creation of simple screens); * Basic knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO). **Additional Information** -------------------------- Learn a bit about the Betha way of caring for Betthers: Innovative Environment: Here, you’ll join a workplace that values innovation, creativity, and excellence; Professional Development: You’ll have opportunities for professional growth and continuous training to help you advance and stand out; Recognition: Your work will be valued through competitive compensation and an attractive benefits package; 13 consecutive years holding the GPTW certification, recognized as one of the best companies to work for.
