How You Will Contribute Our Integrated Operations Center aims to ensure continuous and safe energy supply to our customers. To achieve this, we rely on well-defined processes and guiding performance targets. You can join us as a Junior Operations Controller. In this position, you will work at Equatorial Energia Goiás’s unit in Goiânia and be responsible for operating the electric power system of the State of Goiás. Your responsibilities will include: * Dispatching and managing Medium Voltage system incidents, prioritizing them according to procedures; * Assigning and managing individual incidents, prioritizing response based on procedure-defined criteria; * Ensuring compliance with emergency incident closure procedures (certification scope); * Ensuring timely minimum assignment required for individual team billing to guarantee productivity; * Assigning and managing commercial services and special requests (meeting deadline and productivity requirements); * Managing ongoing scheduled outages (including incident registration and monitoring of planned start and completion times) per procedure; * Performing scheduled and emergency switching operations on the Medium Voltage system, following switching plans or operational instructions; * Mobilizing additional resources during unplanned electrical system incidents, when necessary; * Responding to live-line work intervention requests, implementing necessary safety measures; * Managing switching operations and keeping operational systems (e.g., SCADA) updated according to field configurations. 2512250202491934785
