




Job Summary: Field Service or Level 2 Support professional providing remote and on-site assistance, equipment replacement, and corporate software configuration. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of VPN and M365 installation and configuration Key Responsibilities Remote and on-site support for end users Physical replacement of equipment (laptops) Secure backup and data migration Installation and configuration of corporate software Functional validation of the environment post-migration Accurate incident logging and categorization Inventory and CMDB updates Asset management (receipt, dispatch, and return) Logistical support for rollout activities **Requirements:** Technical Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in Field Service or Level 2 Support **Experience with:** Windows 11 Linux (strongly preferred) macOS (strongly preferred) **Installation and configuration of:** VPN Office Suite / M365 Corporate tools Basic networking knowledge Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira or similar) Experience with asset management
