Job Summary: A security guard professional focused on safety, personalized service, and logistical support in a school environment, ensuring smooth operations and order. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to mediate relationships and seek consensus **Responsibilities:** * Provide friendly and personalized service to individuals arriving at the security desk, perform security procedures and screening, then direct visitors to the relevant school area or department; * Ensure security within the school’s entrance areas; * Mandatory execution of access control for all visitors entering the school premises; * Always assist parents and/or guardians of students during student drop-off and pick-up, parking, installation of infant car seats, storage of backpacks, etc., and, if necessary, vehicle maneuvering; * Transport visitors/students with special needs into the school premises using appropriate wheelchairs, as required; * Open and close buildings according to the schedule established by school management; * Review security camera footage upon request from immediate supervisors or school management; * Regularly monitor traffic flow around the security desk and assist with local traffic during student arrival and dismissal periods; * Receive deliveries and suppliers, and forward them to the relevant departments after authorization; * Always assist parents and/or guardians of students and staff with parking and, when necessary, vehicle maneuvering. **Periodic Tasks:** * Attend biweekly meetings with the Security Supervision team to discuss incidents, receive training and capacity-building sessions, workshops, etc. **Occasional Tasks:** * Cover for other security guards across any school entrances in case of absence or unavailability, including lunch shift coverage; * Support school maintenance activities during periods of high demand or school recess. **Mandatory Requirements:** Professional with consolidated technical knowledge and skills characteristic of an evolving career within their field of expertise; Performs tasks requiring practical application of acquired knowledge, using conventional and pre-established procedures; Possesses intermediate-level understanding of practices and processes specific to their area within the institution; Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively in small, cohesive teams; Shows initiative in decision-making and ability to solve medium-complexity problems using predefined references; Distinguished by flexibility and adaptability to diverse demands; Naturally skilled at mediating relationships and seeking consensus among peers, staff, parents, and students; Maintains environmental awareness with sharp peripheral vision; Interpersonal relationship skills and service orientation are key professional differentiators; Holds a valid driver’s license and proven ability to maneuver and drive automobiles; Always acts ethically and with integrity, refraining from actions that could harm the institution or third parties. Availability to work Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Easy access to the Morumbi portal.
