Monitor process indicators **JUNIOR MACHINE OPERATOR** Company: Selmi, Sumaré/SP (Macarrão Galo \& Renata) Responsibilities: Prepare cake and cookie batters using the mixer according to procedures and specified recipes. Operate laminators, molders, fillers, and drizzlers. Operate ovens on cake and cookie production lines. Operate automatic dosing equipment and manual portioning. Operate raw material weighing systems. Monitor process-related indicators to understand how process work impacts factory output. Requirements: Experience operating industrial machinery; Completed elementary education; Flexible availability for shift work. Shift B: 2:50 PM to 11:00 PM or Rotating Shift.
