As a Junior II Infrastructure and Operations Analyst, your key responsibilities will include: * Monitoring production environments and applications, proactively identifying incidents and performance degradation. * Analyzing logs, metrics, and system behavior using observability tools. * Supporting incident troubleshooting collaboratively with development, QA, and infrastructure teams. * Executing operational routines and adjustments via automated jobs. * Creating and maintaining dashboards and alerts for operational monitoring and indicator visibility. * Participating in support and operation processes for critical environments. * Supporting technical documentation, operational procedures, and continuous improvement. * Participating in deployments, validations, and post\-production follow\-up. Requirements: To stand out in this opportunity, you must have: * Technical or undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields. * Knowledge of Linux/Windows operating systems. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and monitoring. * Experience with log analysis and troubleshooting. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. Desirable Technical Skills * Splunk for log analysis and incident investigation. * Grafana for monitoring, dashboards, and observability. * Rundeck for operational execution and automation via jobs. * ServiceNow for operational management, incident handling, and dashboard creation. * Concepts of Observability, SRE, and application monitoring. * Analysis of CPU, memory, and application performance consumption. * Experience in 24x7 support\/operations environments. Differentiators * Experience in banking or high\-availability environments. * Experience with ITSM and incident\/change management processes. * Knowledge of operational automation. * Certifications related to infrastructure, cloud, or observability.
