We are seeking a professional responsible for prospecting suppliers and service providers for various building maintenance activities. Prospecting service providers for contracts: outsourced cleaning, air conditioning maintenance, building maintenance, landscaping, property security, print outsourcing, and others; Managing contracts for outsourced services, real estate leasing, equipment leasing, and others; Monitoring general building maintenance services (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, air conditioning, drywall, furniture assembly, relocation and repair, locksmith services, and others); Conducting periodic inspections of indoor environments; Developing documents such as service orders, preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, checklists, and others; Organizing building-related documents, reports, and certificates; Monitoring cleaning and sanitization activities; Assisting in fleet management (owned and leased); Expense control; Supporting joint activities in construction projects, renovations, and retrofits; Managing inventory of building maintenance materials; Key management; Submitting invoices for payment; Managing reimbursements **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **People with Disabilities (PCD):** -------- YES **Work Location:** ---------------------- BONIN ENGENHARIA E CONSULTORIA SOCIO AMBIENTAL LTDA **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 08:30 to 17:30
