Our Training and Development team is expanding—see more details about the position below. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor the onboarding journey of new employees; * Support initiatives and projects that enhance the employee experience journey; * Develop, implement, and ensure execution and continuous improvement of departmental policies and procedures; * Update and monitor departmental performance indicators; * Promote corporate and leadership training (in-person and online): develop manuals, gamification content, presentations, lesson plans, and act as a facilitator; * Collaborate with internal clients to ensure adherence to the annual training plan; * Support administration of the training platform to promote online content engagement initiatives/campaigns; * Support the talent lifecycle. * Support Internal Communications **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy, or related fields; * Experience with DHO processes; * Experience managing projects is a plus; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Willingness and energy to thrive in environments involving structuring and growth. **Additional information** #### **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:48 PM #### **We offer:** * Results-Based Participation Program (PPR) * Medical and Dental Assistance * Flexible Benefits Plan * Life Insurance * PAS (VERO Social Support Program) * One paid day off during your birthday month * Corporate University * Totalpass (Discounts at Gyms/Sports Facilities) * Childcare Allowance * Allowance for Children with Disabilities This position is open to candidates with disabilities (PCDs).
