Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer for a strategic project focused on scalable architecture, complex integrations, and technical governance. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in the development and evolution of backend architecture. 2. Work in a distributed environment with multiple modules and integrations. 3. We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong experience in Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js to work on a high-criticality strategic project, emphasizing scalable architecture, complex integrations, and technical governance. We seek a hands-on profile with architectural vision and technical maturity, capable of contributing both to building and evolving backend architecture. Key Responsibilities * Develop and evolve microservices in Java with Spring Boot * Design and evolve APIs and BFFs in Node.js * Build high-performance and scalable REST APIs * Participate in defining and evolving backend architecture * Work with synchronous and asynchronous integrations * Ensure technical quality, security, and good coding practices * Participate in technical refinement sessions and architectural decisions * Work in a distributed environment with multiple modules and integrations Technical Requirements Backend – Java * Solid experience with Java 11+ * Strong expertise in Spring Boot * Experience with Spring Data / JPA / Hibernate * Experience building REST APIs * Knowledge of security (Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT) Backend – Node.js * Solid experience with Node.js * Experience with frameworks such as Express or NestJS * Building BFFs * Experience with REST and/or GraphQL APIs * Good practices for structuring Node.js projects Architecture & Integration * Experience with microservice architecture * Knowledge of architectural patterns (Clean Architecture, Hexagonal, DDD is a plus) * Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar) * Synchronous and asynchronous integrations * Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.) * API versioning and governance Quality & Governance * Unit and integration testing (JUnit, Mockito, Jest is a plus for Node) * Integration with SonarQube * Git version control * Semantic versioning * Code reviews and definition of coding standards * Structured technical documentation * Experience with CI/CD pipelines * Docker knowledge is a plus Nice-to-Haves * Experience in retail / e-commerce projects * Exposure to omnichannel architecture * Experience handling high transaction volumes * Observability (structured logging, metrics, tracing) **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, partnering closely with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
