They operate cross-functionally with functional authority to ensure the built solution precisely reflects the strategic intent, without deviation. **Responsibilities and Duties*** **Demand Qualification:** Ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are robust before engineering begins. * **Technical-Functional Interface:** Mediate understanding among Business, Architecture, and Engineering. * **Compliance Management:** Identify and block deviations between requested and implemented items. * **Authority in UAT (User Acceptance Testing):** Validate final delivery based on full adherence to the approved scope. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications (Hard Skills):** * **Essential (Financial Domain Expertise):** Proven experience in one or more of the following products/areas: * Cash Management, Assets, Derivatives, Foreign Exchange, Credit, Regulatory, Finance, Risk, Treasury, or Fraud/Information Security. * **Technical Skills:** * **7–10 years’ experience in cross-functional roles (Requirements/Architecture/Governance).** * **Technical code reading** and understanding of APIs for conceptual validation. * Proficiency in software development lifecycle methodologies (V-Model, Hybrid). * Requirements management and traceability (Jira/Azure Boards). **Soft Skills and Indicators (Integrator Mindset):** * **Critical and Systemic Thinking:** Anticipating risks and analyzing end-to-end impact. * **Firm yet Balanced Posture:** Upholding correctness even under schedule pressure. * **Mediation Capability:** Reconciling technical and business interests while prioritizing integrity. * **Owner Mindset:** Authentic leadership and institutional accountability for delivery. **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, standing side by side with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
