Job Summary: This professional will provide technical support to instructors, handle internal service requests, offer interactive support to students during online activities, conduct equipment inspections, and manage user profiles. Server infrastructure and profile management ° Support school instructors by verifying equipment functionality. ° Respond to internal service requests. ° Provide interactive support for our online learning program, where students attend school physically and complete activities online—delivering both support and empathy to students. ° Conduct periodic rounds to inspect cabling, monitors, projectors, etc. ° Provide support focused on technical assistance and infrastructure. ° Manage user profiles on the server. ° Register students in access control turnstiles.
