Job Summary: Provide Level 1 technical support and assistance to users, configure equipment, operating systems, and tools, and assist with network infrastructure and IT asset management. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for various equipment and operating systems. 2. Assistance with network infrastructure and IT asset management. 3. Development of internal manuals and procedures. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Provide Level 1 support to users across all departments and hierarchical levels via phone, chat, e\-mail, or in person; Support and configure equipment such as desktops, printers, mobile devices, landline telephony, and others; Support and configure client operating systems: Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux; Configure, test, and support everyday user tools including e\-mail, communication, and Office suite applications; Assist analysts in providing support for network infrastructure resources (fiber optics, copper cabling, and wireless); Deliver support services while adhering to quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs); Develop internal procedural manuals or user work instructions; Identify infrastructure issues affecting user workflows; Support IT asset inventory and management (hardware, software, licenses); **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Be between 18 and 24 years old; Currently enrolled in High School or a Higher Education program in Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, Administration, or equivalent Information Technology fields; Availability to work at Alvorada Headquarters; Monday through Friday (4 days onsite, 1 day for training). **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Salary:** ------------ $966\.43 **Benefits:** --------------- Life insurance; Fuel allowance; Meal voucher; Birthday Day Off; Uniform; Health insurance. **Work Location:** ---------------------- SAFEEDS **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
